I photographed a day in Miranda Gore Browne’s kitchen with the ‘Jam Mistress’, Vivien Lloyd. The Monday aptly fell on National Marmalade week and was a day of all things orange. With Viv’s marmalade skills teaching how to make the perfect preserve, and Miranda showing how versatilely marmalade can be used within baking. I even got to take a jar home to post to my Grandpa in Thailand (it’s his favourite and it’s just not the same out there.. lots of bubble wrap was used). Orangey goodness.
